One moment, you’re basking in the joy of baby snuggles, and the next, you’re completely overwhelmed, barely recognizing yourself in the mirror. I get it because I’ve been there too. After my first baby, I struggled to feel like myself again. Between the sleepless nights and the constant demands, I was trying to keep it all together without losing my sense of self.

My journey taught me one big lesson: taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be perfect, but it does have to be a priority. That’s why I’ve dedicated my work to helping other moms find simple, effective ways to feel healthy and happy, no matter how busy life gets. My mission is to meet you where you are—with all the chaos, love, and exhaustion of postpartum life—and help you make wellness work for you.
